Shipping and Processing Times are as Follows:
Usually, we need 2-5 working days to prepare for orders because we should check every product and make sure that is in good condition before shipment.
- Orders are processed within 2- 5 business days of being received. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped
- Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time .
- Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or Holidays.

Orders may need to clear Customs in your country. Shivparadise is not responsible for delays caused by the Customs department in your country.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or Customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking information
You will receive a true tracking number once your order shipped out. You can also track it in a few days later because the tracking information usually updates in 2-5 working days. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
